"You have all the time to push yourself, give yourself energy. Yeah, that’s exhausting."

Aside from no fans, Dominic Thiem has also noted the difficulties of seeing very few people on and off the court, and having almost no fresh air or sunshine.

 "During the whole day we get maybe two, three minutes of fresh air," said Thiem.
