The Hamburg Open is one of 13 ATP 500 events that will host world-class players for a week of the 2024 season. Among those in action this year in Hamburg will be defending champion and hometown favourite Alexander Zverev, Holger Rune, Gael Monfils and Arthur Fils.

The ATP 500 event will be held from 15-21 July. The clay-court tournament, established in 1968, will take place at the Am Rothenbaum in Hamburg, Germany. The tournament director is Enric Molina Mur.

After 30 years, home favourite Alexander Zverev ended the wait for a second German men’s singles champion at the 2023 Hamburg Open. The Hamburg native defeated Laslo Djere 7-5, 6-3 to win his first title since the 2021 Nitto ATP Finals.
