Petra Kvitova Recovering from a Stress Fracture

WTA World No. 11 is spending her off-season rehabbing from a foot injury.

On December 4, 2016, the two-time Wimbledon champion announced the news to her fans on Instagram, stating that she will wear a brace for two weeks to help heal her right foot.

Unfortunately I have a stress fracture in my right foot and need to wear a brace for two weeks. While my 2017 preparation is inevitably delayed, I’m still hopeful of being able to start my season on time at Hopman Cup
